Introduction

Life doesn’t follow a pattern, and I don’t have any plans to either. Emails will be irregular and spontaneous. I will never send something of low quality in order to “stay consistent.”

Topics will include things such as truth, peace, stoicism (not Stoicism), happiness, freedom, mind, and anything else I find interesting. I may post Q&A’s from time to time as well.
